摘要
通过一系列临床及实验研究,发现固齿丸结合常规治疗后,龈下微生物保持健康茵群组成比的时间,远比单纯给予常规治疗者为长。在摘除豚鼠卵巢并饲以 Vit C 缺乏(双缺)的实验条件下,作治疗实验,观察到当补充 Vit C 又给予固齿丸灌喂时,出现造骨细胞活跃,破骨细胞较实验组(双缺)明显减少,有新骨形成。对牙周病阴虚、阳虚造型的动物实验观察表明,固齿丸能对抗可地松所致的牙周组织退变,促使新骨形成。也能促使甲状腺素所致的以淋巴细胞、单核细胞为主的炎性浸润,转为以中性粒细胞为主的炎症。这些初步研究,提示固齿丸对牙周病的治疗作用可能是通过神经内分泌和免疫方面的调节,从而影响牙周组织的代谢和龈下微生物的生态环境。
Through a series of clinical and experimental trials it was demonstrated that theintegrated Chinese medicine,tooth-firming pills,and periodontal routine managementwould result in maintaining the healthy proportion of subgingival microflora.The periy-odontal disease models of VitC deficiency and ovariectomy,Yong and Yin deficiencall could be adjusted by the administration of Guchiwan(固齿丸)which would resultinperiodontal reconstruction.The authors also found that the host non specific immunitycould be enhanced by the administration of Guchiwan.Based on these facts it was concluded that the therapeutic mechanism of Guehiwanmay be due to the regulatory effect which influences upon the hypothalamus-pituitory-superadrenal gland axis and the immune regulatory system.It further influences thesubgingival flora and the metabolism of periodontal tissue.
