摘要
以铝合金为基体材料,采用碱性-酸性双溶液体系化学镀镍磷合金,研究了镍磷合金镀层的耐蚀性和热处理对耐蚀性的影响,测定了镍磷合金镀层及改性铝合金的导电性能。结果显示,采用化学镀镍磷合金对铝合金改性处理,耐蚀性能优于不锈钢,导电性能优于不锈钢和石墨等,完全可以满足质子交换膜燃料电池对双极板的性能要求。
The electroless Ni-P alloy coated on AI alloy was obtained by two-step process of alkaline and acidic solution. The anti-corrosion properties of the Ni-P alloy and the influence of heat-treatment on it were studied and the conductive performances of the Ni-P alloy coating and modified Al were measured. The results show that the anti-corrosion properties of Ni-P coating on AI alloy is better than stainless steel, and conductive performance is better than stainless, and can meet the requirement of the bipolar of proton exchange membrane fuel cell completely.
