摘要
DCTD液压工程挖掘机车轮在更换过程中由于钢圈断裂而发生事故,本文通过宏观、微观检验、拉伸试验、化学成分分析等方法对钢圈失效原因进行分析,认为该钢圈断裂性质为疲劳断裂,钢圈锁环沟槽的圆角表面局部分布有大量的氧化铁夹杂物促成了疲劳源的形成,加之钢圈材质不均匀,致使钢圈最终发生大面积疲劳断裂。
The accident happened in the replacement process of the DCTD frontage crane wheel as a result of steel ring breaking. Failure analysis of the steel ring was conducted by means of macro examination, micro examination, tensile testing, and chemical composition analysis. The results indicated that the fracture mode is the fatigue failure. The fracture occurred because of a lot of ferric oxide inclusions in the face of the groove fillet on the steel ring, and because of the asymmetry of the steel ring material, leading to the large area fatigue fracture.
