摘要
本文介绍了拼板机的工作原理和结构,并对其液压系统进行了全面的分析,指出所拼板材存在的质量问题,主要是由于该机工作时液压系统中正压缸压力不稳定和侧压缸压力偏大等因素造成的。针对液压系统存在的问题,给出了相应的改进方案和措施。改进设计后的液压拼板机,经几年的实际工作,所拼板材质量稳定。实践证明该液压系统的改进设计是合理的。
The working principles and structure of felt-board machine was mainly in paper, it's Hydraulics System overall analyzed and noted it's shortcomings in working procedure because of the unstable pressure of the obverse cylinder and pressure of the side cylinder was relatively large. Aimed at these existed problems, improving scheme and method was given. After a few years practical work, the quality of felt-board machine was stable and the improving method of cylinder system was effective by practical.
