摘要
本文对法学的特点和法学教育方法进行了探讨,认为法学是一个庞大的、分类较细的学科,法律解释是其重要特征,并具有突出的知行统一品性。根据法学的特点、历史的经验和现实状况,法学教育应该以培养法学通才为目的,准确解释现行法应当是其主要内容,并且实行知行统一的教学模式。
the author discusses what are characteristics of law and means of law education. Law is an extensive subject and arranged in classes. Explaining law is its essential specialty and knowledge - action unity is its characteristic. The aim of law education is training law generalists and exactly explaining law is its matter. Law education should be carried through by teaching mode of knowledge - action unity.
