摘要
结合现代成形理论提出成形能量场的概念,分析成形能量场的种类和性质。结合快速原型制造技术,探讨用成形能量场描述其信息过程和物理过程一般规律的模型。
Energy is necessary in any kindsof part forming process. In freeform fabricationthe energy is provided to the material actively.The transferred amount of energy must be con-trolled strictly. This paper proposes a formingenergy field conception based on modern shapingtheory. The kinds and properties of this field isgiven. The concept has been used to obtain ageneral model of data process and physical pro-cess of freeform fabrication.
