摘要
为比较冰黄肤乐软膏与三九皮炎平软膏治疗肛周湿疹的疗效，将肛周湿疹117例分为外用冰黄肤乐软膏（A组）60例和外用三九皮炎平软膏（B组）57例，并对两组进行治疗前、后临床疗效评价。结果显示，A、B组总有效率分别为96．7％o和78．9％。结果表明，冰黄肤乐软膏治疗肛周湿疹疗效优于三九皮炎平软膏。
The objective of this study was to evaluate and compare the therapeutic efficacies of Binghuangfule ointment（BHFL） and Sanjiupiyanping ointment（SJPYP） in the treatment of perianaI eczema. One hundred and seventeen patients with perianal eczema were divided into group A（BHFL group, 60 cases） and group B（SJPYP group, 57 cases）. The therapeutic efficacy of the two groups was assessed, before and after treatment,respectively. Results showed that the general improvement rate in group A and group B was 96.7% and 78.9% respectively. It is concluded that the therapeutic efficacy of BHFL is better than SJPYP.
