摘要 本文对某化工公司苯加氢装置中高温临氢工艺管线服役十年后材料拉伸、冲击与断裂试验后的断口进行宏观与微观形貌分析。力学性能明显下降的管线材料试验断口已表现出脆性断裂特征,且断口上可清楚地观察到裂纹和空洞等使材料性能劣化的现象。 The micro and macro patterns were analyzed for the tesion, impact and fracture toughness by experiments of piping material after served in the high temperature hydrogen condition for ten years. For the piping material whose mechanical properties decreased a lot, the fracture pattern has characterized brittle fracture. Cracks and cavities which degraded piping material can be observed clearly on the fracture surface.
