摘要
淀粉胶黏剂作为一种绿色环保型产品,被广泛应用于纸张、啤酒贴标及瓦楞纸板等生产线。生产速度的提高使得胶黏剂原料由单一的淀粉转变为复合组分。特别是淀粉与有机物质复合以后,其性能改观更为明显。主要表现为流动性好、耐水性强、初黏力强、干燥速度快、无毒、无污染等。综述了国内有机物复合淀粉胶黏剂的研究概况,介绍了有机高分子特别是聚乙烯醇、干酪素与淀粉复合,以及小分子与淀粉复合的工艺及产品特点,并对其前景进行了展望。
The starch adhesive is a green and environment friendly production which is applied in paper making, label for beer bottle and corrugated cardboard product line. The productivity raising transfers the raw material from single starch to composite component. The properties of starch adhesive improve obviously after combining with organics, such as better fluidness, resistivity against water, higher initial adhesion, faster dry speed, non - toxic and no pollution. The domestic research on starch - organics composite adhesive is reviewed. The combination of starch with high polymer is introduced, especially the poly( vinyl alcohol) (PVA) and casein, as well as the technology of combining with small molecular and the characteristic of the products. The prospect of this adhesive is given.
