摘要
目的:观察桂枝茯苓胶囊治疗盆腔瘀血综合征的临床疗效。方法:55例用桂枝茯苓胶囊口服,20天为一疗程,治疗2个疗程。结果:痊愈6例,显效12例,有效29例,无效8例,总有效率85.45%。治疗后血液流变学指标除全血黏度的高切外其他均有改善(P<0.05)。结论:桂枝茯苓胶囊治疗盆腔瘀血综合征疗效明显。
Objective： To observe the clinical therapeutic effect on pelvic congestion syndrome treated by Cassia Tuckahoe Capsule. Method ： 55 eases were oral treated with Cassia Tuckahoe Capsule for two courses of treatment （20 days as one course of treatment）. Result： Cure occurred in 6 eases, marked effectiveness in 12 eases, effectiveness in 29 eases and ineffectiveness in 8 eases. The total efficacy rate was 85.45%. After treatment, except high shear viscosity of whole blood, the other hemorheology indexes were all improved （ P 〈0. 05）. Conclusion ： Cassia Tuckahoe Capsule has obvious therapeutic effect on pelvic congestion syndrome.
