干旱胁迫对外来杂草野茼蒿抗氧化系统的影响 被引量:10

摘要 野茼蒿(Crassocephalum crepidioides (Benth.) S. Moore)原产非洲,在我国主要分布于广东、海南、江西、湖南、四川、云南等地,是我国的外来入侵植物,研究其在逆境条件下的生理适应机制对于有效治理该入侵种具有十分重要的意义.采用自然干旱胁迫法,研究了干旱胁迫下野茼蒿抗氧化酶系统的变化.结果表明:随着胁迫时间的延长,野茼蒿叶片内丙二醛含量升高,复水后下降;在胁迫过程中过氧化物酶(POD)和抗坏血酸过氧化物酶(APX)持续下降,酶结构破坏;而超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)、谷胱甘肽还原酶(GR)3种酶活性先升高,后下降,在复水后,超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和过氧化氢酶(CAT)恢复到胁迫前水平,而GR未能恢复.研究结果表明SOD、CAT和GR协同作用,维持了体内活性氧的平衡. Crassocephalum crepidioides ( Benth. ) S. Moore comes from Africa, and has become an invasive weed, which has be found in Guangdong, Guangxi, Hunan, Sichuan and Yunnan Provinces, China. The study of its physiological response in stressful environments is very useful in determining the invasive mechanism of this plant. By using natural dry method in this paper, the changes of antioxidant enzymes and monodehydroascorbate (MDA) in Crassocephalum crepidioides were studied by drought stress. The results showed that MDA content continually increased by stress and decreased by watering. In the drought treatment, the activitiy of peroxidase (POD) and ascorbate peroxidase (APX) persistently decreased, and the activity of superoxide dismutase (SOD), catalase (CAT) and glutathione reductase (GR) increased at the beginning and decreased later. The activity of SOD and CAT increased again while the activity of GR did not recover by watering. The present study indicated that cooperation of SOD, CAT and GR maintained ROS balance in Crassocephalum crepidioides under drought stress.
