摘要
粉末经过球磨混合均匀后,采用激光熔覆的方法,在45钢表面制备出 WC-Co 颗粒增强金属基复合涂层。用扫描电镜、能谱仪等,对熔覆涂层的显微组织结构等进行了分析观察。在 MM200环块磨损试验机上,对熔覆涂层在干摩擦滑动磨损条件下进行相同载荷和不同磨损距离的耐磨性能研究。试验结果表明:粉末球磨后的涂层硬度和耐磨性略低于未球磨的,但涂层组织更加均匀,磨损数据更加集中。
After the hard metal balls grinding, the powders are formed on the surface of 45 steel to produce the WC-Co particle reinforced metal matrtx composite coatings by using the laser cladding technique. The microstructure and component of the coatings are analyzed by the SEM and EDS. The wear resistance tests are carried out by the MM200 tester under the same wear load and the different wear distance in the skimming wear of dry friction. The results show that the micro- structure of the coatings is well-proportioned and the wear data are concentrative after bull grinding, though the micro-hardness and wear resistance are decreased.
