摘要
本世纪７０年代功能性内窥镜鼻窦外科（ＦＥＳＳ）的创立和发展，开辟了鼻窦外科的新领域，功能性鼻窦外科技术把鼻窦外科推向了崭新的阶段。但这项理论和技术在实践应用中亦出现一些新问题及严重的并发症。本文试图用疾病治疗中的辩证关系从三方面探讨ＦＥＳＳ的优缺点及相关问题的注意事项和解决方法。
The foundation and development of Functional Endoscopic Sinus Surgery (FESS) in the 70's of this century,opened up a new field of sinus surgery Since thenm,the technology of functional sinus surgery has pushed sinus surgery to a new stage,while the application of this theory and techology has also brought about a series of new problems and even some severe complications.This anticle tries using dialectical relations in disease trentment from three aspects to explore the advantages and disadvantages of FESS.
