癫癎猝死的发生率和危险因素的相关研究

Sudden Unexpected Death in Epilepsy:A Search for Incidence and Risk Factors

摘要 癫癎患者突然发生且不能解释的死亡,又称癫癎猝死,是最常见的癫癎相关性死亡原因。了解其危险因素对预防措施的制定是十分必要的。本文将对其发生率和危险因素的研究进展作一综述。 The most common epilepsy-related category of death is sudden unexpected death in epilepsy （SUDEP）. Understanding its risk factors is necessary to formulate prevention strategies. This review aims at highlighting incidence and risk factors in SUDEP.
