血小板源生长因子及其在胶质瘤靶向治疗中的研究现状 被引量:1

摘要 在神经发育过程中血小板源生长因子(platelet-derived growth factor,PDGF)家族调节细胞增殖、分化和迁移,且有神经保护作用。不同恶性程度的胶质瘤均有PDGF家族的过度表达,表达水平越高,肿瘤恶性程度越高。PDGF与PDGF受体(PDGF receptor,PDGFR)结合,激活一系列细胞内信号转导通路发挥多种细胞效应。利用逆转录病毒模型,介导PDGF过度表达能诱导恶性胶质瘤形成。PDGF调节肿瘤微环境,增加胶质瘤血管形成。阻断PDGF信号通路可抑制胶质瘤细胞生长,以PDGFR为作用靶点的抗胶质瘤药物为胶质瘤的治疗开辟新的途径。
