摘要
Willis动脉环上动脉瘤的研究一直是目前医学临床基础研究的难点和热点。由于颅内动脉瘤夹闭术仍是目前多数学者首荐的方法，介入法只能作为手术治疗的补充，因此了解Willis环的显微外科解剖研究进展对于治疗颅内动脉瘤具有非常重要的意义。
The research of cranial aneurysm on Willis arterial ring has always been the difficulty and hot spot of recent clinical research. As cranial aneurysm clipping operation is most widely recommended by scholars, it has great significance to understand the progress of microsurgery anatomy research of Willis arterial ring in treating cranial aneurysm.
