摘要
目的:分析夏科氏关节的X线表现,以便与退行性、痛风性等骨关节病鉴别。方法:收集6例经临床或病理证实的夏科氏关节的X线片临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果:病变主要累及踝关节、肘关节及膝关节。多见关节周围软组织显著肿胀,关节结构失常,关节脱位、骨质破坏、毁损,关节周围可见大量游离骨块及碎骨片影。结论:全面分析夏科氏关节的X线表现,重视临床病史,对本病的诊断和临床诊断很有帮助。
