摘要
建筑循环水系统相对于生活供水系统具有如下特点:管网水头损失占水泵扬程的比重大,水泵扬程配置误差产生的无效能耗大。无效能耗是以下两个方面的叠加:工况点远离高效区的低效率运行和水泵无效流量增加使运行功率增加。相应节能措施为:准确计算水头损失,不搬用供水系统估值经验;通过叶轮切削或增设局部阻力配件来减小设计扬程和水泵额定扬程间的误差。
Compared with water supply system, the water recycle systems in buildings have following characteristics: Head loss in pipelines makes up a big proportion of pump lift and high idle energy consumption is caused by excessive pump head. The idle energy consumption is composed of 2 parts: Pump efficiency is lowered because of operating mode point apart from high efficiency section, and the operation power increases because of idle flow rate increasing. Measures for energy conservation are following: Head loss should be accurately calculated, and the estimation experience of water supply system should not be copied indiscriminately; Pump impellers should be cut or local resistance part should be inserted in pipeline in order to minimize error between pump head and pipeline head.
