摘要
为了实现对传感器故障的在线诊断,建立了基于神经网络和虚拟仪器的传感器诊断系统。首先介绍了神经网络和虚拟仪器技术,提出了在线诊断的原理,并用LabVIEW编程实现。通过仿真比较两种神经网络的性能,确定选择RBF神经网络,并用矿井水处理厂取得的传感器数据进行仿真,结果表明,方法可行。
In order to diagnosis faulty of sensors on-line,establish diagnosis system of sensors" faulty based on neural network and virtual instrument.Firstly,the paper introduces the neural network and virtual instrument and presents principle of on-line diagnosis. Then use LabVIEW to realize the system.Compare two kinds of neural network by simulation,choose RBF neural network.Use datum which from mine water disposal to simulate.The result shows that system has a good effect.
