摘要 介绍了一种通过GPIB接口实现远程测试的方法。使用单片机控制GPIB接口专用芯片TNT4882,在仪器端接收仪器命令并发送仪器的响应信息。控制端使用VC++环境下设计的以VISA库函数作为底层函数库的数据传送软件,通过USB-GPIB卡发送基于SCPI标准的控制命令。仪器端根据使用的命令树设计了一种基于二叉树的命令解析程序来解析控制端发送的命令,实现了计算机对GPIB设备的远程控制。本文主要介绍该远程测试系统的硬件结构和软件设计。 This paper offered a methed to handle the remote test system through GPIB interface. The MCU is in charge of the chip TNT4882, which is only available to GPIB interface.In this way, the device can receive the command and send out the acknowledge. The data, programed in VC++ and with VISA library as the foundamental library, is used to send software by the controller, then the controller would send SCPI-based controlling command by USB-GPIB card. With the help of the command tree, the device devised a kind of binary-tree-based command-parsing program to parse the command send by the controller, by means of which managed the remote control to GPIB devices. This paper focuses mainly on the hard structure and soft structure of this remote test system.
