摘要 为了提高冷库温度测控的精度,设计了一种全数字化的温度测控系统,基于Profibus-DP总线和SIEMENS的PLC解决方案,通过选用Dallas半导体公司的"一线总线"接口的数字化温度传感器DS18B20,运用WinCC组态软件开发监控管理系统,使冷库温度测控系统的布线减少、结构简洁,易于维护和扩充,操作界面友好。该系统具有高精度、高可靠性和高性价比,实现了冷库生产管理的功能要求。 In order to enhance the precision of temperature measuring and controlling for cold storage, One kind of completely digitized temperature measuring and controlling system have been designed, Based on Profibus-DP and PLC solutions of SIEMENS, through selected digitized temperaturesensor DS18B20 of "One line bus" connection from Dallas Semiconductor, the WinCC configuration software was used to develop monitoring system, So, the cable line in measuring and controlling system of cold storage temperature have been fewer, the structure simpler, maintenance and expansion easier, the operation interfaces more friendly. This system is of high precision,of high reliability and of high price performance ratio. The requirement of production and management function can be realized for cold storage.
