摘要
本文介绍基于OMRON C200H系列模块式PLC的液压检测设备的控制系统,该液压检测机可以检测要求不同的检测压力的航空零件,两套独立的系统集成在一个设备中,可以节约生产成本,提高生产效率。本文主要介绍系统的工作过程、I/O模块分配、系统硬件部分和软件部分、及AD001模块的用法。
This paper introduce a control system of liquid pressure test equipment based on OMRON C200H series PLC module ,The equipment may test areo accessory that has different test pressure request, integrate two independent system in a equipment, economize the cost of production, improvement the efficiency of production. This paper main introduce the process of system work, the assignment of I/O module ,the hardware department and software department of system, and the usage of AD001 module.
