摘要 目的:建立气相色谱-质谱测定水中邻苯二甲酸酯的方法。方法:采用固相萃取前处理技术对水样进行提取、富集,以甲醇为洗脱溶剂将组分洗脱,气相色谱-质谱法测定。结果:实验中对色谱条件进行优化,方法的检出限为0.7-6.8μg/L,4种邻苯二甲酸酯测定的相对标准偏差在3.25%-7.18%之间,回收率在79.8%-95.2%之间。结论:本方法能够满足水中痕量邻苯二甲酸酯含量的测定。 Objective:To establish a method for determination of phthalate easters in source water by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry.Methods:Using solid-phase extraction technique for the pretreatment of the water samples,phthalate esters were extracted and enriched,and eluted with methanol for gas chromatographic separation and mass spectrometric detection.Results:In experiment,the chromatograph conditions were optimized.The limit of determination was 0.7-6.8 μg/L.The RSD of the four kinds of phthalate easters was within 3.25%-7.18%.And the average recovery was between 79.8% and 95.2%.Conclusion:The method is suitable for determining trace phthalate easters in water.
