摘要
目的：建立气相色谱-质谱测定水中邻苯二甲酸酯的方法。方法：采用固相萃取前处理技术对水样进行提取、富集,以甲醇为洗脱溶剂将组分洗脱,气相色谱-质谱法测定。结果：实验中对色谱条件进行优化,方法的检出限为0.7-6.8μg/L,4种邻苯二甲酸酯测定的相对标准偏差在3.25%-7.18%之间,回收率在79.8%-95.2%之间。结论：本方法能够满足水中痕量邻苯二甲酸酯含量的测定。
Objective：To establish a method for determination of phthalate easters in source water by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry.Methods：Using solid-phase extraction technique for the pretreatment of the water samples,phthalate esters were extracted and enriched,and eluted with methanol for gas chromatographic separation and mass spectrometric detection.Results：In experiment,the chromatograph conditions were optimized.The limit of determination was 0.7-6.8 μg/L.The RSD of the four kinds of phthalate easters was within 3.25%-7.18%.And the average recovery was between 79.8% and 95.2%.Conclusion：The method is suitable for determining trace phthalate easters in water.
