摘要
目的:建立动物源性食品多种抗生素残留的快速检验方法。方法:以抗生素对敏感细菌能够产生抑制作用原理采用微生物抑制纸片法快速检测动物源性食品中15种抗生素残留。结果:该方法抗生素残留最低检出限符合我国农业部第235号文件《动物源性食品中兽药最高残留限量》的限量要求。结论:微生物抑制纸片法检测动物源性食品多种抗生素残留成本低廉,稳定性好,灵敏度高,检测时间仅需18-22 h。作为检测抗生素残留的初筛方法,特别适合养殖场和基层实验室使用。
Objective:To establish a rapid determination method for several antibiotics residues in animal derived food.Methods:Fifteen antibiotics residues in animal derived food were rapidly determined by microbial inhibition method.Results:The detection limits of established determination method could meet national standards of requirements of veterinary drug residues in animal derived food.Conclusion:Established microbial inhibition method is a low-cost,stabile,sensitive screening method for several antibiotics residues in animal derived food and the detection time is 18-22 h.
