摘要 目的:研究三叶青对免疫功能和细胞因子的影响。方法:三叶青提取物进行灌胃,研究免疫功能和细胞因子的变化。结果:三叶青能明显提高小鼠免疫功能和TNF-α、IFN-γ指标。结论:提示三叶青可进行进一步开发利用。 Objective:To explore the tetrastigma hemsleyanum Diels et.Gilg of extending the immunity and its influence on cell proliferation and apoptosis.Methods:Ethyl acetate were used to extract the different chemical substance of Tetrastigma hemsleyanum through the cell culture technique method in vitro to explore the anti-tumor effect.Results:The ethyl acetate extract of Tetrastigma hemsleyanum can improve the immunity and cell factors of TNF-α,IFN-γ significantaly.Conclusion:Tetrastigma hemsleyanum Diels et.Gilg can be used further.
