通过分析大学生宿舍文化的内涵及特性,探讨宿舍文化建设对大学生各方面素质和能力的影响,提出建设有效管理体系、健全大学生宿舍管理的各项规章制度、完善学生量化考核体系、发挥学生主观能动性等大学生宿舍文化建设的有效途径。
