英国十分注重成人教育教师队伍建设,采取种种措施,推动成人教育教师继续教育的开展,呈现出以下特色:政府高度重视,大力推进;高校积极参与,发挥着重要作用;课程设置灵活,适应学员不同需求;实施"能力培训",侧重能力培养;注重培训者的培训,提升其专业素养。
The U.K attaches importance to construction of adult education teaching staff and takes various measures to advance adult education teachers＇ continuing education. The striking features are as the following： the government attaches great importance to adult education teachers＇ continuing education and advance it vigorously; universities takes part in it positively, and plays an important role in it; curriculum is offered flexibly, different demands are adapted; capability training is implemented; ability training is particularly emphasized on; great importance is attached to the training of trainers; its aim is to lift their profession quality.
