摘要
目的探讨肺炎患儿血镁水平变化及其临床意义。方法将肺炎患儿分为轻症组36例,重症组18例,同时检测健康体检儿16例作为对照组,检测各组血镁水平变化。结果轻症组与对照组血镁水平变化比较差异无显著性,而重症组血镁水平变化与轻症组和对照组血镁水平变化比较差异均有显著性。结论肺炎患儿血镁水平变化低于健康儿,临床上小儿虽无低镁血症明显的临床相应症状,但重视肺炎时血镁水平变化的检测,对判断肺炎病情程度及指导治疗更有价值和临床意义。
Objective To investigate the change of serum magnesium in children with pneumonia and its clinical significance. Methods The levels of serum magnesium of mild group（ n = 36） , severe group（n = 18 ） and control group （16 heahhy infants） were detected and compared. Results There was significant difference in the level of serum magnesium between the severe group and mild group or control group, but not between the mild group and the control group. Conclusions The level of blood magnesium of children with pneumonia is lower than that of the healthy infants. The clinical symptoms of hypomagnesemia are not obvious in children with pneumonia,but the test of blood magnesium levels is helpful for judging the-seyerity of pneumonia and guiding the effective treatment.
