摘要
电子文档管理是电子政务研究的核心问题之一,其根本目的是整合传统公文流转和档案管理流程,以形成统一的文档管理模式。电子政务在我国的迅速发展,为企业的文档一体化创造了良好的环境和契机。本文在概述了电子政务和文档一体化的前提下,分析了电子政务环境下的文档一体化的基础和管理模式,提出了文档一体化管理应该注意的问题以及可选的模式。
E - document management is one of the core issues in the research of electron government affairs. Its aim is to integrate traditional document circulation with file management circulation to form Unified document management pattern. The rapid development of electron government affairs in China creates a good environment and opportunity for document integration in enterprises. This thesis analyses the basis and management pattern of document integration under electron government affairs and puts forward some important issues and optional patterns in document integration management.
