摘要
外交决策作为一项政治活动,必然受到文化的影响。印美两国不同的文化底蕴造成了两国外交政策的巨大差异,两国文化的共性对外交也有不可忽视的影响。文化这一无形的力量,以其独特的个性、理念和价值观为印美两国21世纪大国关系调整期外交打下了深深的烙印。
The diplomatic decision-making, as a political activity, receives influence of culture inevitably. The Indian-US different culture inside story created different foreign policy, both countries＇ general character of culture also has the noticeable influence to the diplomacy. This invisible force of culture, with its own unique personality, ideas and values,gives a deep scar on the relationship betreen Indian and US in the 21st century.
