摘要
目的探讨含葡萄糖等单糖注射液分解产物5-羟甲基糠醛(5-HMF)含量的影响因素,以提高含糖类注射液的质量。方法检测不同pH、灭菌条件及制备工艺对5-HMF含量的影响。结果灭菌温度及时间、制备方法及过程中受热时间均是影响5-HMF含量的因素。结论选择合适的灭菌温度和时间,采用合适的配制方法,可以将含糖类注射液的5-HMF含量控制在最低限度。
Objective To explore the different influencing factors to the injection decomposition product 5-hydroxymethyl furaldehyde(5- HMF) containing monosaccharide such as glucose for improving the quality. Methods The effects of different pH, antiseptic conditions and preparation technologies on 5-HMF content were investigated. Results The antiseptic temperature and time, heated time in the different preparation method and process were the factors affecting the 5- HMF content. Conclusion Choosing the appropriate antiseptic temperature and time, and adopting the proper preparation technology may control 5- HMF content of sacchariferous injections in threshold.
