摘要
目的建立同时测定痤疮净搽剂中氯霉素和甲硝唑含量的反相高效液相色谱(RP-HPLC)法。方法采用HypersilC18色谱柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),以甲醇-乙腈-水(30:15:55)为流动相,DAD二极管阵列检测器,检测波长氯霉素为311nm,甲硝唑为273nm。结果氯霉素和甲硝唑质量浓度在20~100μg/mL范围内与峰面积线性关系良好(r=0.9999),平均加样回收率分别为100.1%和99.7%,RSD分别为0.34%和0.18%(n=6)。结论RP-HPLC法简便、快速、准确,可用于该制剂的质量控制。
Objective To establish a RP-HPLC method for the simultaneous determination of chloromycetin and metronidazole in Cuochuangjing Liniment. Methods The C18 column was used with the mobile phase of methanol-acetonitrile-water (30:15:55) and DAD diode array detector. The detection wavelength of chloromycetin at 311 nm, metronidazole was at 273 nm. Results The calibration curves both were linear within the range of 20-100 μg/mL(r=0. 9999).The average recovery rate was 100.1% and 99.7%,with RSD of 0. 34% and 0. 18% respectively( n = 6). Conclusion The method is simple, rapid and accurate. It can be used for the quality control of preparation.
