摘要
测定了一定HF浓度溶液中Ta(OH)5的溶解度,研究了高纯H2TaF7溶液中和沉淀过程,氨水中和、氨气中和、氨浓度以及加氨速度等因素对Ta(OH)5结晶动力学及其后续产物Ta2O5粉体粒度性能的影响。
This paper studies the solubility of Ta(OH)5 in a certain concentration of HF solute and the neutralized sediment process of high-purity H2TaF7. Ammonia solution neutralization, ammonia neutralization, ammonia concentration, rush ammonia speed and other factors on the impact of Ta(OH)5 crystal dynamics and its follow-up of Ta205 powder size characteristics are also investigated.
