摘要
辛亥革命时期革命党人采取拥袁反清策略是当时社会的一致选择,有其复杂的历史原因。除了革命党人方面存在的畏袁和崇袁心理、对外来干涉的担忧、同盟会的涣散无力、策反汉官反清的一贯策略等原因外,客观上,拥袁反清是辛亥时期举国上下几乎一致的意向,革命党人在当时并不具备与袁世凯兵戎相见的条件。在当时历史条件下,革命党人的这种策略是明智的,在一定程度上是成功的。
The strategy of supporting Yuan Shikal and opposing the Qing Dynasty, the unanimous choice of the revolutionaries during the 1911 Revolution, was the result of many complicated historical reasons. Their Yuan - awestruck mentality, their concern of the foreign interference, the slackening and powerlessness of the United League （Tong Meng Hui） and the consistent policy of inciting the Han officials to oppose the Qing Dynasty were some of the reasons. Objectively speaking, the policy of pro - Yuan Shikai and anti - Qing Dynasty was the common aspiration of the people all over the country, and the Revolutionaries were not able to be involved in military activities of any kind. Therefore, under the historical conditions at that time, this strategy adopted by the Revolutionaries was sensible and successful to a certain extent.
