摘要
"三位一体"农村新型合作经济体系是指对现有的农民专业合作社、供销合作社、信用合作社结为一体,构建为新农村建设服务的综合平台。"三位一体"农村新型合作经济体系建设,是解决"三农"问题客观、内在的要求,是农村各类合作经济组织谋求自身发展壮大的重要途径,具有重要的理论意义和实践价值。进一步推进"三位一体"农村新型合作经济体系建设,要加强组织领导;坚持为农服务、产业发展、遵循市场经济发展规律、因地制宜、政府主导及合作社原则;坚持规范自身发展,创新服务方式,拓展服务功能。要制定相关法律,健全体制机制;要加强对"三位一体"农村新型合作经济体系建设人才的培养。
＂Trinity＂ of the new-type rural cooperative economic systematic construction refers to an intergrity Of the Farmers＇ professional cooperatives, Supply and marketing cooperatives, and Credit Unions today, constructing a comprehensive platform serveing for the construction in new rural areas. ＂Trinity＂ of the new-type rural cooperative economic systematic construction is the objective and essential requirment of the ＂Three Rural Issues＂＇ s solution, as well as the important ways to organize and pursuit the expansion of the various of the cooperative economic organizations in the rural areas, with magnificant theoretical significance and the practice value. In order to promote the ＂Trinity＂ of the new-type rural cooperative economic systematic construction, it is of vital importance to strehgthen the organization and the instruction, insist on regulating the self development, innovate the style of the service, and expand the function of the service. At the same time, it is essential to formulate relevant laws and perfect the systems and the mechanisms, strengthening the cultivation of the talents for the ＂Trinity＂ of the new-type rural cooperative economic systematic construction.
