摘要
本文研究了在CTMAB存在下,镁和4,5二溴苯基萤光酮(Br-PF)的显色反应。结果表明,在碱性介质中镁(Ⅱ)和Br-PF及CTMAB形成了蓝紫色的高灵敏的三元配合物,其表观摩尔吸光系数为1.16×10~5L·mol^(-1)·cm^(-1)(λ_(max)=645nm),镁(Ⅱ)对Br-PF的摩尔比1∶2。镁浓度在0—1.5μg/10ml遵守比尔定律。用拟定的方法测定了硅酸岩、铝合金和锌合金中的镁,得到了满意的结果。
A highly sensitive method for the spectrphotomotric determination of Mg(Ⅱ)has been developed. Mg(Ⅱ) reacts with 4,5-dibromophenylfluorone(Br-PF) in the presence of CTMAB to form a blue-violet ternary complex in basic medium.The molar ratio of Mg(Ⅱ) to Br-PF in the complex is 1:2. The apparent molar absorptivity is 1.16×10~5L·mol^(-1)·cm^(-1) at 645nm. Beer's law is obeyed in the range of 0—1.5μg/10ml for Mg(Ⅱ).The method has been successfully applied to the determination of Mg in rocks, aluminium and zinc alloys.
