摘要
目的建立藏药鬼箭锦鸡儿中总黄酮的含量测定方法。方法采用正交实验设计,以总黄酮含量为考察指标,研究藏锦鸡儿总黄酮的最佳提取方法;并利用分光光度法,以芦丁为对照品,对藏锦鸡儿原药材中的总黄酮含量进行测定。结果该药材红色木质部心材中总黄酮的含量为13.56%。结论该工艺合理,黄酮有效成分提取率高。该方法测定样品结果准确可靠、快速、重复性好。
Objective To set up the quantitative method for determining the total flavonoid in Tibetan herb Caragana jubata （Pall） Poir. Methods With the total flavonoid content of a kind of Tibetan herb Caragana（pall） poir as an observed target, a optimum extracting method was obtained by the orthogonal experiment design, and the flavonoids in the roots and caudices of Caraganajubata （pall） poir were analyzed qualitatively. Results In this paper, the content of total flavonoids was 13.56% by spectrophotometic method with rutin as standard sample. Conclusion The optimum preparation procedure is reliable with higher extraction ratio of the active components. This method is reliable, accurate, quick and reproducible.
