摘要
本文通过对山东高校“八五”期间科技成果转化状况的调查分析，指出了来自工厂企业、学校内部以及宏观管理体制三个方面的制约因素，并密切联系科技经济发展的需要，提出了进一步加强和改善高校科技成果转化工作的对策建议。
Through surveys and analysis of the status quo of scientific and technological achievements conversion during the Eighth Five - Year Plan in the institutes of higher education in Shandong, the author peints out in this article the three restricting elements from enterprises, institutes of higher education and macro management system. By the close integration with the need of scientific, technological and economic deveIopment, the author puts forward the further strength and improvement of countermeasure suggestions of scientific and technological achievements converson in the institUtes of higher education.
