摘要
基于系统工程的预警原理,结合土石坝工程的特点,研究了土石坝工程安全预警系统架构,并将其分为警源分析子系统、警兆辨识子系统、警情分析子系统.重点研究了警源分析子系统和警情分析子系统,并将其中涉及的水库大坝的虚拟现实技术、溃坝洪水估算、下游洪水演进预测等关键技术应用于浙闽台流域某土石坝工程中.结果表明,土石坝工程安全预警系统对预警土石坝的安全具有一定的作用.
Based on the early warning principles of system engineering, combined with the characteristics of an earth-rock dam project, an earth-rock dam safety early-warning system architecture is studied. The system is divided into three subsystems: the warning source analysis, the warning sign identification and the warning situation analysis. The warning situation analysis subsystem involves some key technologies, such as virtual reality, dam-break flood estimation and downstream flood evolution forecasting. The application of these key technologies to an earth-rock dam project shows that the earth-rock dam safety early-warning system provides an important early-warning reference value for earth-rock dam safety.
