摘要
目的探讨应用高频超声评价乳腺癌行保乳术的可行性。方法根据乳腺癌保乳术治疗所需要的条件,57例经高频超声检查适宜行保乳术的乳腺癌患者,术前同时作钼钯X线摄影。术后对乳腺癌的大体标本、病理形态学和高频超声结果进行对照分析。结果高频超声能够准确评价乳腺癌灶的位置、大小和腋窝淋巴结状态。高频超声判断可行乳腺癌保乳术治疗的患者最终有48例(84.21%)行乳腺癌保乳术治疗。结论高频超声能够为乳腺癌患者提供比较准确的诊断信息,可应用于乳腺癌患者保乳手术的筛选。
Objective To evaluate the application of high frequency ultrasonography （HFU） in the breast - conserving surgery （BCS） for breast cancer. Methods 57 breast cancer patients were examined by HFU to screen the objects to undergo BCS. Their results of HFU, mammography and gross and histotogie pathology were comparatively analyzed. Results HFU could provide sufficient information about the location and size and the metastatic condition of the cancer. In the present series, 48 of the 57 patients （84.21%） were qualified to undergo BCS. Conclusion HFU can provide accurate information about breast cancer patients, and hence, rationally helps the practice of BCS.
