摘要
为分析已完工程实际投资水平、实现施工过程中控制投资成本的目的,从投入和产出的角度构建了CD生产函数模型进行成本分析,设计了人工投入和资金投入的计算规则,并构建了某山区高速公路挖方工程的CD生产函数。分析结果表明:平均实际挖方量低于预期挖方量,劳动力投资的收益大于资金投入的收益;规模报酬系数小于1,说明有针对性地编制施工组织设计是工程项目管理和成本控制的关键。
In order to analyze real investment level of carried-out projects and realize the purpose of cost control during the process of production, the idea structuring CD producing function to analyze the cost in terms of input- output relation is put forward. Based on the devised rules to calculate labor investment and capital investment, CD production function model of cutting engineering of an expressway is constructed. The result shows that average real-cut volume is below expected-cut volume and the returns that the labor invested in is greater than the returns of capital input. Because the coefficient of scale reward is smaller than 1, to work out construction organization design pertinently is the crux of the project management and cost control.
