摘要
目的探讨超声引导下125I放射性粒子植入治疗体表恶性肿瘤的方法及疗效。方法术前根据肿瘤大小、粒子剂量、放射有效范围等,利用放射性粒子治疗计划系统计算出粒子分布及最佳数量,术中在超声引导下经皮穿刺将粒子按计划植入预定部位,术后超声检查粒子植入部位及有无漏植。结果腹股沟淋巴瘤4例,腮腺恶性肿瘤9例及甲状腺恶性肿瘤6例患者放射性粒子均成功植入预定部位,19例患者均未出现任何严重的并发症,生存质量明显提高。结论超声引导下125I放射性粒子植入治疗体表恶性肿瘤方法安全、疗效可靠。
Objective To evaluate the methods and usefulness of percutaneou ^125I radioactive seeds implantation guided by ultrasound. Methods According to the mass size,particle dose and effective scope radiated from seeds,the optimal amour and distributing of radioaetive seeds were calculated by TPS befor operation. Then all tradioactive seeds were implanted designedly in the mass through percutaneous needles guided by ultrasound. At the end of operation,ultrasound were applied to examine the distribution of seeds and to find if any place was left out. Results Radioactive seeds were implanted to preconcerted place successfully in all 19 metastasis of neck and chest wall patients, All cases did not undergo postoperative complications. There were not relapse follow-up of effect in 1 month, 2 months, half a year, one year. Conclusion Uresound-guided 12si interstitial brachytherapy for malignant tumor is safe and effective, Radioactive seeds implantation guided by ultrasound has advantages of real-time monitoring, precise orientation, simple operation,no irradiated injury, etc. Especially to be suitable for superficial malignant tumor of body surface.
