摘要
和谐社会的本质和最重要的标志是社会各阶层和谐相处,构建广西和谐社会,必须协调好各阶层的关系。当前,广西的阶层关系存在的主要问题是:阶层差距过大,社会断裂加剧;社会流动渠道不畅,社会结构趋向封闭;群体权力失衡,阶层关系紧张。解决这些问题的主要对策是:优化社会阶层结构,壮大中间阶层;优化社会流动机制,实现社会流动的畅通有序;均衡阶层权力,化解社会冲突。
The essence and the most important signs of a harmonious society is that different classes of the community can live in harmony. Therefore, in order to construct harmonious society of Guangxi class relation must be harmonized. The existing problems are as following： the expanded gap between the rich and the poor, Exacerbation of social fracture; impeded flow of class society, class intense relation, polarization of social class, extreme imbalance of the rights among classes, etc. This paper gives some approaches to ahieve the goal that construct harmonious society and political civilization of Guangxi： guilding society to form a reasonable class structure, expanding middle class; establishing unimpeded and orderly flow system; balancing the rights betwecn classes, resolving social conflicts.
