摘要
随着信息技术在经济社会各领域的广泛应用,IC卡在交通、通信、购物消费、缴纳水电气费、娱乐等社会公共领域得到了推广应用。推进城市一卡通的建设,对于合理配置社会资源,使城市居民便捷地获得各种社会公共服务,全面提升城市公共管理和服务水平,打造服务型政府,培育和发展重庆市IC卡产业,建设长江上游信息中心具有重要的推动作用。如此复杂的系统需要科学规划、科学设计,用合理的投资产生尽可能大的效益。
As the extensive use of information technology in various domains of society, the application of integrated card （ IC ） to public areas like transportation, communication, shopping, entertainment, payment for the use of water and electricity are disseminated widely. So promotion of City Card development is important in making rational use of social resources, so as to improve civil management and public services, and to better help citizens receive public services conveniently. Moreover, the development of City Card might help to improve the image of serving government, cultivate the local IC industry, and propel Chongqing to become the information center in the upper reaches of the Yangtze River. In the development of such a complex system, scientific design and plan is very much necessary to maximize profits with rational investment.
