摘要
目的探讨超声在卵巢畸胎瘤诊断及鉴别诊断中的价值。方法对经手术和病理证实的90例卵巢畸胎瘤的声像图特征进行分析。结果90例经超声诊断73例，符合率为81．11％。声像图分3种类型：类囊型，混合型，类实性肿物型。彩色多普勒超声（CDFI）检查，绝大多数成熟畸胎瘤肿块内部和周围未见血流信号。结论超声检查对卵巢畸胎瘤的诊断及鉴别诊断具有很高的价值。
Objective To investigate the value of ultrasonngraphy in the diagnosis and differentiated diagnosis of ovarian teratoma. Methods To analyze the sonngraphic features of the 90 ovarian teratomas with pathologic result after surgery. Results 73 cases were diagnosised accurately by ultrasound among the 90 cases, the coin- incidence rate is 81.11%, the sonographic features are divided into three types ： cyst - like type, mixed type, solid mass type. the color Doppler flow imaging（CDFI） shows most mature ovarian teratoma has no around or inner blood flow. Conclusion Ultrasonography has a high value in the diagnosis and differentiated diagnosis of ovarian teratoma.
