摘要
全球化是人类文明演进发展的过程,也是观察分析文明文化发展的重要理论视角;和谐社会是以和谐为基础的社会形态;和谐文化是以和谐为实质的文化形态。从全球化、和谐社会、和谐文化之间的关系看,全球化使文明在并存中互动,也使文明在互补中发展。在全球化的背景下,构建社会主义和谐社会,加强和谐文化建设,要以全球化为基础,把握社会主义和谐社会与和谐文化建设的契机;要弘扬和谐精神,坚持社会主义和谐社会与和谐文化建设的导向;要以创新为关键,增强社会主义和谐社会与和谐文化建设的动力。
Globalization is a process of the evolution of human civilization, and an important theoretical perspective for the observation and analysis of the development of civilization and culture;a harmonious society is a harmony-based social pattern ;a harmonious culture is a cultural pattern which takes harmony as its essence. In view of the relationship of globalization, a harmonious society and a harmonious culture, globalization enables civilization to coexist in interactions and to develop in complementarity. Under globalization, to construct a harmonious socialist society and to promote the building of a harmonious culture must base on globalization and grasp the elusive crux of the building of a harmonious socialist society and a harmonious culture ;to promote harmonious spirit must adhere to the guidance of building a harmonious socialist society and a harmonious culture ; and to strengthen the dynamy of building a harmonious socialist society and a harmonious culture must take innovation as the key.
