楮实子油对亚急性衰老模型小鼠脑组织抗氧化作用的实验研究 被引量:6

摘要 目的:观察楮实子油对D-半乳糖衰老模型小鼠脑组织的影响。方法:采用D-半乳糖颈背部皮下注射复制小鼠亚急性衰老模型,给药组给予不同的剂量,实验结束检测相关指标。结果:楮实子油能明显提高衰老模型小鼠的SOD、GSH-Px活性(P<0.01);降低衰老模型小鼠NO、MDA值(P<0.01)。结论:楮实子油有抗氧化、延缓衰老的作用。 Objective: To observe the anti - oxidation effect of oil of Papermulberry fruits on the brain of sub - acute aging mice caused by D - galaetose. Methods: This research adopted D - galaetose to establish the sub - acute aging model. At the end of experiment, the correlated indicators were measured. Results: The high and medium doses of oil of Papermulberry fruits could greatly increase the content of SOD, GSH - Px, and decrease NO and MDA ( P 〈 0.05 ) . Conclusion : Oil of Papermulberry has an.anti - oxidation effect that helps delay the aging process.
