摘要
煤矿本质安全文化建设是煤矿安全生产的灵魂。目前,我国煤矿安全文化建设大多停留在表层的标语口号上,缺乏科学可行的建设流程对煤矿的安全文化建设进行具体指导。本文在前人工作的基础上,通过现场反复调研论证和试点检验,尝试构建了适合我国煤矿企业的安全文化建设流程,并设计了建设实施的保障体系,以期提高我国煤矿安全管理水平。
The coal mine essence security cultural construction is the soul of coal mine safety production. At present our country coal mine safety cultural construction mostly remains at the surface level of shouting slogans, lacking scientific and feasible construction flow to give concrete instruction to the coal mine security cultural construction. Based on the works of predecessors and through repeated research and test of fieldwork, this article attempts to construct a security culture construction flow that suits our national coal mine enterprises and designs the safeguard system of construction implementation to enhance our country coal mine safety management level.
