摘要
在前人研究的基础上提出了全寿命期集成化风险管理系统的具体设计思路和框架,并对其具体的实现方法和编程语言进行了研究。对实现该集成化风险管理的组织模式进行了分析,提出一个全寿命期风险管理联合班子的设想,弥补了以往只有一个理论模型的不足。全寿命集成化的风险管理是未来项目管理发展的一个大趋势,它是对工程项目全寿命集成化管理的补充和完善,可以为全寿命期集成化的项目管理提供支持。
Based on the former research, this paper puts forward a design methods and a specific framework of the life-cycle integrated risk management system, the realization methods and programming languages have also been studied. All of these can make up the insufficiency of the former research which just puts forward a theoretical model. Life-cycle integration of risk management is the trends of the future development of risk management, which is also a supplement and perfection for the life-cycle integrated project management.
