摘要
为进一步研究生产实践中机械设备不必要的振动问题,结合小波分析理论的特点和应用现状,分析了小波变换的时频局部性及处理突变信号的能力;通过LabVIEW软件仿真振动信号,并在MATLAB平台利用小波包研究小波变换理论应用于振动信号奇异点分析的方法,得出了仿真结果,实现了快速判断奇异点特征与振动产生时间。
The characters and the current application situation of wavelet analysis theory were introduced, the time frequency local property and the ability of wavelet transform in failure signal detection were also analyzed. In order to study the inevitable vibration of some machines in industrial production, a vibration signal was simulated using I.abVIEW software, and the method of how to use wavelet transform to achieve a strange point analysis of vibration signal with the help of wavelet packet based on the MATLAB platform was studied. The simulation result was obtained and the quick determinations of the features of failure signal and the vibration producing time have been realized.
